These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") define the rules for accessing and using the website www.spacecake.co (hereinafter "the Website"), published by THC Labs S.R.O., a Czech limited liability company (IČO: 23335882), with its registered office at Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.

By accessing the Website, any user (hereinafter "the User"), whether a visitor or buyer, accepts these ToU without reservation.

2. Access and Availability

The Website is accessible 24/7, except during technical maintenance or force majeure. The Company cannot be held responsible for any temporary malfunction of the Website.

Access to the online shop is restricted to adults residing in a country where the purchase of hemp-based products is permitted. The User is solely responsible for verifying compliance with their local legislation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website – text, visuals, graphics, videos, databases, logos, trademarks – is the exclusive property of the Company or its partners, and is protected by intellectual property law.
