Delivery: Fast, Discreet and Tracked
Preparing Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work within 24 business hours to prepare it with care. Neutral, sealed packaging with no mention of Space Cake on the outside, for maximum discretion.
Shipping and Tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. This will allow you to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
📌 Quick note: tracking may sometimes take a few hours to update while the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Delivery Times
- France: 24 to 72 business hours via Chronopost, Chrono Relais, Shop2Shop.
- Europe: 3 to 7 working days (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, etc.)
- International: delivery available subject to local legislation. Please check the regulations in your country before ordering.
Returns and Exchanges
Withdrawal Period
Changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return one or more products.
⚠️ Important: opened, unsealed or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Procedure
Here's how to make a return. Contact us at [email protected] with:
- your order number
- the item(s) concerned
- (optional) the reason for the return
You will receive a response within 24 to 48 business hours with all necessary instructions, and a return label if applicable. Simply send the parcel back in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
Return Costs
- If the error is ours (defective product, preparation error, damaged item…), we cover everything.
- If you simply changed your mind, return costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once the parcel is returned and checked, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, via the same payment method used for your order.
✅ Only intact, unopened and unused products are eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Products
For health and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Packets that have been opened
- Products without their security seal
- Sale or personalised items
